VP of Finance – Real Estate (multifamily)
A South Florida–based real estate development firm is seeking a Vice President of Finance to support mixed-use and multifamily development projects across their full lifecycle. This is a hands-on, highly visible role with direct exposure to ownership, lenders, and equity partners within an entrepreneurial, flat organization.
Responsibilities include:

Leading construction and permanent loan closings

Underwriting new development opportunities and maintaining financial models

Supporting asset management through construction, lease-up, and stabilization
-
Tracking budgets, draws, covenants, and financial performance
-
Assisting with capital raising, investor reporting, and investor materials
-
Conducting market research and ad hoc financial analysis
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in real estate finance or development (multifamily preferred)

Strong underwriting, financial modeling, and loan closing experience required

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
-
CPA or CFA required

Advanced Excel skills; detail-oriented, self-starter with strong communication skills
