Boston-based prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead a team and drive exceptional service across the organization. This role is ideal for a personable professional, someone who can build relationships quickly and demonstrates strong follow-through skills. This professional will need to have. The Training Manager will be responsible for training and supporting professionals at all levels within a law firm’s environment and will help shape the direction of learning and development firmwide.
Qualifications include:
• 5+ years of training experience in a law firm setting
• Proven track record of leading successful training programs
• Experience with 3E, Netdocs, Microsoft Office, including SharePoint
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

? Compensation: Base salary up to $150K
