Tax Senior – Juno Beach, FL
A growing, multi-office public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Senior to join their expanding Juno Beach location. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on client exposure, strong mentorship, and a long-term career path within a collaborative, upbeat team.
Compensation: $75K – $100K
Onsite Requirement: 5 days/week
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
- Work directly with clients and sit in on meetings alongside Partners
- Gain exposure to a wide range of industries and client types
- Collaborate with a highly supportive team and take advantage of strong training resources
- Use QuickBooks daily for client accounting and tax work
What They’re Looking For:
- 2- 4 years of tax experience (small–mid-size firm background preferred; Big 4 welcome if seeking a more hands-on, close-knit environment)
- Strong, positive personality—someone outgoing, communicative, and energized by client interaction
- QuickBooks experience required
- Excited about growth, longevity, and advancing within the firm
- Comfortable working onsite 5 days/week initially; eligible for Friday WFH hybrid after ramp-up
- Must be able to work from the Juno Beach office
