Tax Manager/Director | Juno Beach, FL
I’m partnering with a well-established public accounting firm in Juno Beach that is looking to add a Tax Manager or Director to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a collaborative firm with a strong reputation, a diverse client base, and a clear path toward partnership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage tax compliance and consulting engagements for a variety of closely held businesses, partnerships, corporations, high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and nonprofit organizations.
- Review complex federal and state tax returns, identify tax planning opportunities, and provide strategic guidance to clients throughout the year.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships while delivering high-quality service and proactive advice.
- Mentor, develop, and review the work of staff and seniors, providing technical guidance and supporting their professional growth.
- Work closely with firm leadership on client strategy, practice development initiatives, and business growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- CPA required
- 5-10 years of public accounting experience with experience across individual and corporate tax.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s in Taxation preferred.
$140K – $160K dependent on experience.
