Tax Manager
Location: Tampa, FL
Work Model: Hybrid (4 days/week in-office)
Compensation: $120,000–$135,000 base + bonus

A top-tier national CPA firm, recognized in 2025 for its outstanding workplace culture, is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its growing Tampa office in a high-visibility leadership role. Responsibilities

Manage and review individual, partnership, S-Corp, and other entity tax returns

Lead client engagements and deliver proactive, high-quality tax solutions

Perform complex tax research and advise on technical matters

Mentor, coach, and develop associates and senior staff

Support business development and cross-functional initiatives

Collaborate closely with firm leadership and specialty teams
Qualifications

6+ years of tax experience in public accounting or industry

Active CPA required; MST preferred

Strong technical tax expertise with client-facing experience

Proven leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
