Our client, a Well Established Sole CPA Practitioner in Downtown Boston, seeks a Tax Manager to join the Practice. Individual should have 5+ years experience in a Small to Medium Sized CPA Firm. The individual will have experience in, but not limited to, the following key bullet points:
• Prepare and review individual, corporate, and pass-through entity tax returns
• Represent clients before the audit and collections of the Internal Revenue Service • Perform specific tax research to address client concerns and to validate positions taken on tax returns
• Formulate and implement tax plans and strategies to effectively manage client’s tax liabilities
• Assist new and existing clients with business formations, dissolutions, acquisitions, and mergers
• Additional Special Projects as required
Salary range from $125K to $200K + Bonus
