Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist | Boston, MA (Hybrid) | 6-month contract
We are currently seeking candidates for an Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist at a consumer goods co. located in Boston, MA 02110. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
This is a temporary role (est. 6 months) and will pay between $35.00-$45.00 per hour (based on relevant work experience) within a 40-hour work week.
On-site 3 days per week.
Starts August 10th, 2026.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate full-cycle recruiting process
- Facilitate recruiting, interview, and information sessions
- Plan and organize onboarding process
- Ensure positions are posted to appropriate job boards, databases, colleges, etc.
- Proactively source qualified candidates
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
- Collect feedback and hold debrief meetings after the interviews have concluded
- Extend employment offers to successful candidates
- Ensure new hire paperwork is completed on time for necessary processing
- Ensure all background, references, and clearances have been completed
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Outlook and Excel
- Experience with Workday is preferred
