Staff Accountant – Juno Beach (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)
A high-growth, science-backed health brand is seeking a Staff Accountant to join a lean, collaborative finance team and support continued growth. Reporting to the Controller, this role will own core accounting activities while partnering cross-functionally with Operations, IT, and Supply Chain. This is a growth-oriented position with a clear path toward broader responsibility over time.
Compensation: $70,000-80,000 on a base + bonus
What You’ll Do
- Support month-end close, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting support
- Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and data flow across systems
- Reconcile cash and support cash flow tracking and working capital metrics
- Contribute to audits, process improvements, and special projects
What We’re Looking For
- Accounting degree required
- 1–3 years of progressive accounting experience (open to early-career candidates)
- Strong Excel skills and experience working in an ERP environment
- Clear communicator who enjoys working beyond “heads-down” accounting
- Adaptable, curious, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company
