Staff Accountant | Fall River, MA | $75K base
A technology company based in Fall River, MA, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its global Finance team. This role offers broad exposure across accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement.
*Onsite 4 days/week
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the monthly close, including account reconciliations, inventory accounting, fixed assets, and financial analysis
- Support SOX compliance, documentation, and internal controls
- Coordinate quarterly and annual financial audits
- Assist with insurance renewals and other accounting projects
- Identify process improvements and provide reporting and analytical support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of US GAAP; SOX experience is a plus
- Experience with accounting/ERP systems preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities
