Job Title: Senior Associate, Valuations & Strategic Analysis
Location: Boston, MA
Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 Base + 20–25% Bonus

A leading global private equity firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Valuations & Strategic Analysis team. This role offers broad exposure to quarterly portfolio valuations, financial analysis, forecasting, fundraising support, and collaboration with investment, finance, and investor relations teams. Key Responsibilities

Assist with valuation analysis on a wide range of portfolio companies across media, communications, education, and technology.

Prepare materials for financial reporting, investor communications, and fundraising initiatives.

Support new fund launches and respond to investor due diligence requests.

Create ad hoc analyses and reporting for various internal departments, including senior leadership.

Contribute to portfolio risk management, fund performance analysis, and forecasting models.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and process improvements.

Maintain high standards of accuracy, analytical rigor, and timeliness across deliverables.
Key Qualifications

2–3 years of relevant experience (private equity, investment banking, valuation, transaction services, or similar).

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred but not required.

Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
