Senior Fund Controller (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
A successful investment firm, located in Boston, is actively seeking a Senior Fund Controller to join their team! This person ideally has 5-10 years of private credit fund experience with an asset manager, fund administrator or public accounting firm. Responsibilities:
- Strategic development of the current operational model, focusing on the evolution of the current operating model and identifying potential improvements to the operational process
- Management of service providers, acting as the liaison for 3rd party administrators
- Providing assistant to the investment professionals and wider team on finance related tasks
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful operational delivery of new funds and product launches
- Ensuring fund NAVs, financial statements and investor reporting are all delivered accurately within required timeframes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5-10+ years of Private Markets operations experience
- CPA preferred
- Experience with a Private Credit Fund, Fund Administrator, or public accounting firm
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid model (3 days in office)
