Senior Assurance Associate (Hybrid – Jupiter, FL)
A well-established Top 100 CPA firm is looking to bring on a Senior Assurance Associate to join its Assurance team in Jupiter, FL. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow their accounting career in a collaborative and team-first environment. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gain exposure to a variety of industries, and play a hands-on role in engagements from start to finish.
This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity offering $90-110K base salary.
Responsibilities:

Lead and execute complex audit areas with a high level of technical accuracy

Review and oversee audit work performed by staff to ensure quality and compliance

Manage internal staffing and resource allocation across engagement teams

Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with applicable standards

Build strong internal relationships to promote collaboration and a team-oriented culture

Support the success of client organizations through attentive service and informed guidance

Mentor and develop staff associates and interns at the start of their public accounting careers
Qualifications
-
2+ years of relevant assurance experience in public accounting or industry

CPA certification or progress towards the CPA exam preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines

Outstanding client service and communication skills
