Senior Asset Manager (Onsite – West Palm Beach, FL)
A well-established and expanding real estate investment firm based in West Palm Beach is looking to add a seasoned Asset Management professional to its team. This position is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience who enjoys being hands-on and deeply involved in driving asset performance.
This a full time, onsite opportunity offering a base salary up to $190,000 (Depending on experience) plus bonus!
Key Responsibilities

Own and implement asset-level business plans focused on value creation, revenue growth, and expense management

Manage and evaluate third-party property managers, leasing teams, and consultants to ensure performance aligns with expectations

Support acquisitions and developments through underwriting, due diligence, and investment committee materials

Execute post-acquisition strategies, including lease-up initiatives, stabilization efforts, and capital improvement programs

Partner with development teams during construction phases to ensure projects stay aligned with budgets and strategic goals

Review and approve operating budgets, capital expenditures, and financial reporting; oversee lender compliance and covenants

Prepare investor-facing materials, including quarterly asset reviews, valuations, and performance analyses

Track market trends and recommend strategic actions such as refinancing, recapitalizations, or dispositions

Lead disposition processes from broker selection through negotiations and closing

Conduct regular site visits and travel to portfolio markets as needed
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree with a real estate concentration is a plus

At least five years of experience in real estate asset management with responsibility across multiple assets

Strong financial and analytical skill set, including advanced Excel capabilities

Exposure to acquisitions, joint ventures, and development projects preferred

Willingness to work onsite five days per week in West Palm Beach
