Senior Manager of Accounting – East Coast Candidates Only – Fully Remote (SaaS Industry)
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing CRM platform for financial advisors on a search for a Senior Manager of Accounting. This fully remote role (East Coast candidates preferred, EST hours) reports directly to leadership. You’ll be instrumental in scaling accounting operations, refining revenue recognition, and building systems that support the company’s fast growth.
What You’ll Do:

Lead the full month-end close process and drive improvements toward a 5–7 day close cycle

Ensure ASC 606 revenue recognition compliance and optimize processes for subscription contracts

Prepare financial statements, management reports, and board materials accurately and on time

Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense management workflows

Develop and document policies, controls, and scalable accounting procedures

Partner with leadership on audit preparation, investor reporting, and strategic finance initiatives

Collaborate cross-functionally to align accounting practices with business operations and strategic priorities
What We’re Looking For:

7+ years of accounting experience in public accounting (Big 4/regional) or high-growth SaaS companies

CPA strongly preferred

Deep expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition with hands-on implementation experience

Proficiency with modern ERP systems (Rillet, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar), billing platforms (Stripe), and expense management tools (Brex, Ramp)

Systems-savvy with a strong bias toward automation and technology-driven efficiency

Exceptional ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Excellent communication skills to translate complex accounting topics for non-finance stakeholders
Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $150,000 – $170,000
