Senior Accountant – Top Real Estate Firm – West Palm Beach – Hybrid – $85-110k base
A leading commercial real estate owner and developer is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing accounting team. This role offers the opportunity to support a high-profile commercial property portfolio while partnering closely with finance and operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist with cash management, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Support lender, investor, and audit reporting requirements.
- Analyze general ledger activity and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting and special projects.
- Help improve reporting processes and support system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 2+ years of accounting experience within commercial real estate or public accounting.
- CPA preferred but not required.
