Senior Accountant (Onsite)
A successful single-family office, located West of Dallas, Texas, is actively seeking a motivated Senior Accountant to join their team! This role will provide a lot of room for growth and exposure to executive management by working directly with, and reporting to, the CFO. Responsibilities:
- Analyzing the general ledger accounts of the various operating companies with a goal of communicating what is occurring and using trend analysis over time to explain why.
- Reviewing expense payment requests against an established set of guidelines, and ensuring timely payments are made.
- Aiding in the implementation and maintenance of an integrated accounting system for the family office.
- Prepare a monthly report summarizing the financial results of the family office operations.
- Aiding in the collection and analysis of files for annual tax return preparation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3-10 years of experience within real estate, family office, or investment management accounting
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- CPA strongly preferred
- Must be willing to work onsite in office 5X a week
