Tax Associate (Senior-Level) — Real Estate Investment Firm | Greater Boston (Hybrid)
Target Compensation: $100K–$120K base + bonus
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days/week in office: Mon/Tues/Thurs)
A Boston-based real estate investment management firm is seeking a Tax Associate to support compliance across REITs, partnerships, and fund structures within a diversified national portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Support REIT compliance across 3 structures
- Manage partnership compliance (fund + lower-tier entities)
- Prepare schedules, track basis, and assist with tax payments
- Support acquisitions and ongoing fund activity
- Coordinate with external advisors on filings
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of tax experience (public or private)
- Real estate experience preferred; open to PE, VC, or hedge fund tax backgrounds.
- REIT exposure a plus
- Bloomberg BNA or Yardi experience a plus
