Project Executive – West Palm Beach
A construction management n& development firm is seeking an experienced Project Executive to provide senior-level oversight of large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for overall project performance, client satisfaction, financial results, and leadership of project teams. This opportunity is located in West Palm Beach and will offer between 200,000-250,000 annually + excellent benefits!
Key Responsibilities

Oversee multiple complex construction projects simultaneously

Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams

Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management

Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and operations teams

Ensure projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and profitability goals
Qualifications
-
10+ years of construction management experience, including senior leadership roles
-
Proven experience managing large commercial, multifamily, or mixed-use projects

Strong financial, contract, and operational expertise

Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification
