Project/Cost Accountant
Our Client, a well established and rapidly growing construction management firm in West Palm Beach is looking for a hands-on Cost Accountant to take ownership of project financials and partner directly with project leadership.
This is a highly visible opportunity for someone with strong project accounting, cost analysis, forecasting, billing, and cost-to-complete experience who enjoys working close to the business.
What You’ll Do:
• Own project financial reporting, forecasting, budgets, and cost analysis
• Manage owner billings, change orders, commitments, accruals, and month-end close
• Identify financial risks and partner with project teams to drive results
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of cost, project, or construction accounting experience
• Strong experience with WIP, forecasting, billing, and cost-to-complete analysis
• Construction industry experience preferred; CMiC and/or Textura experience highly desirable
This position will pay between 120-130K on a base salary depending upon experience and fit
