Product Marketing Manager – Financial Services – Boston, MA
We are seeking candidates for a Product Marketing Manager to join a highly successful financial services firm located in Boston, MA. The Product Marketing Manager will lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on product launches. The ideal candidate will have 4-5+ years of product marketing experience with a strong understanding of 40 Act rules and distribution of ETFs preferably within the financial services industry.
This is a 6+ month contract position that will pay $40-45/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour workweek. This position is required to be onsite 4 days per week in their Boston office.
Responsibilities:

Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through implementation.

Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are high-quality.

Facilitate planning meetings, track progress, and manage deliverables including requests, reviews, and publications.

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Oversee product launch initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and effective market entry.

Utilize marketing and project management tools to streamline workflows and track progress.

Communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and leadership teams.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.

4-5+ years of relevant marketing experience, with previous financial services or product marketing experience preferred.

Prior experience leading and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

Understanding of 40 Act rules and the distribution of ETFs and other registered investment products (ideally within the intermediary space).

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Prior experience utilizing Adobe AEM and Workfront.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.

Proficiency in essential marketing and productivity software.

Research and project-based experience with the ability to see beyond a specific task to the broader project goals.

Experience working as part of a collaborative team toward a shared objective.
