Private Credit Operations, Senior | Boston, MA
A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Private Credit Operations, Senior to support the full private credit investment lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial private markets team and work cross-functionally with investment, legal, compliance, fund administration, and operations professionals.
Compensation: $95,000-105,000 + bonus
Onsite Schedule: 3 days/week (Tues/Weds/Thurs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full private credit lifecycle, including deal execution, settlements, loan administration, amendments, and payoffs.
- Coordinate with custodians, agents, fund administrators, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Review private credit loan documentation and capture key operational terms.
- Support trade execution, new security setup, compliance, and data integrity across internal systems.
- Investigate and resolve settlement, payment, and agency discrepancies.
- Assist with process improvements, operational controls, and firmwide private markets initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of private credit operations experience supporting the full investment lifecycle.
- Experience reviewing private credit loan documents, including credit agreements, amendments, and payoffs.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate data.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience improving operational processes and implementing new workflows is a plus.
