President – Nationwide Accounting Service
Our client is a national firm providing outsourced accounting services to its customers. Our client has over 150 offices nationwide and employing approximately 10,000 professionals. Our client is looking for a President to run its accounting outsourced services. This service line has over $100.0M+ in revenue and over 400 employees. This is a nationwide service.
The President with focus on strategic focus, growth, and operational excellence. The President will have 5 areas of focus: industry specialization; go-to-market strategy; people and culture development; operational excellence; and internal innovation with a focus on AI. This role is highly visible and a focus of growth for the overall corporation. Requirements:
- Previous enterprise leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to create operational efficiencies
- Directing and managing a team to create and navigate through high growth
- Ability to identify quality talent and mentor that talent to meet corporate objectives
- Knowledge of leveraging technology, particularly AI, to create a leverageable business foundation
- CPA is highly preferred
- Exceptional business presence
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to successfully work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Base Salary $500K to $600K plus bonus
