Payroll Administrator
We are currently seeking candidates for Payroll Administrator at a consumer goods co. in Salem, NH, 03079 to process bi-weekly payroll(s) for approximately 3,000 employees.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience processing bi-weekly payroll for multiple locations.
Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $35.00 (based on relative work experience).
Hybrid work schedule (3 days per week on-site)
Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll via Workday for 3,000 employees for multiple locations in the United States and Canada
- Experience running multiple payrolls
- Strong payroll audit experience
- Strong data entry
- Strong large accounting system experience preferable with Workday and/or ADP Workforce Now
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of processing weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll
- Recent experience with Workday or ADP Workforce Now
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
