Office Administrator- Manufacturing– Danvers, MA

We are seeking candidates for an Office Administrator position with an industry leading manufacturing company located north of Danvers, MA. This position will report to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for interacting with customers to respond to routine inquiries about the company’s products/services and manage general customer activities such as: invoicing shipment and accounts payable and receivables. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant administrative support ideally in manufacturing or similar industry. 

This is a contract-to-hire position that will pay $30-40/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour work week. This position is REQUIRED to be onsite 5 days/wk.
