Office Administrator

We are currently seeking candidates for an Office Administrator opportunity with a highly successful manufacturing organization located north of Boston. The Office Administrator will provide excellent customer support and communication, maintain detailed records, oversee customer order and invoice processing, manage vendor invoice processing, and performs general administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant administrative support ideally in manufacturing or similar industry.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, paying $35-$40/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a 5 days/week on-site work model.
