Investor Relations Associate (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
A successful Hedge Fund, located just south of Boston, is actively seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join their team. This person will be responsible for working directly with the firm’s Principals, the COO, and the rest of the team assisting in all facets of the investor relations effort with both investors and prospects. Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of investor relations
- Provide support in the production of all client and prospect collateral materials including monthly and quarterly updates
- Provide assistance in the maintenance of the firm’s website and social media presence
- Help in updating the client and prospect database in our Dynamo CRM system
- Maintain and update third-party hedge fund databases
- Assist with creation and scheduling of investor relations-marketing calendar
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience at a hedge fund or other asset management firm
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field
- Familiarity and knowledge of the hedge fund and/or alternatives area preferred
- Must be willing to work in office 3 days a week
