Investment Product Marketing Analyst
We are currently seeking candidates for an Investment Product Marketing Analyst to join a highly successful Investment Management firm located in Boston, MA. The Investment Product Marketing Analyst will be responsible for responding to client inquiries regarding investment products, creating marketing/communication materials, ensuring compliance, and performing reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of related marketing, communications, and/or analysis experience in the investment management industry.
This is a 12+ month contract opportunity, paying between $30-$35/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work model with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with team members to provide strong client communication and strengthen client relationships
- Responds to client questions regarding products from global distribution sales (retail, off-shore, and institutional sales channels)
- Promotes retention of client assets by supporting product-related data inquiries from clients, consultants, professional buyers, and financial advisors
- Contributes to the development and delivery of product-related marketing/communication materials, including investment profiles, presentations, competitive analysis, and attribution letters
- Assists with finalizing client monthly attribution letters and deliverables
- Produces marketing materials and ensures compliance submission for marketing materials
- Supports special projects
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, reporting and analysis in investment management industry
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Communication, Finance, etc.)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and high-level of organization
- Great time management, prioritization, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with MorningStar Direct, FactSet, SPAR, and Bloomberg (preferred)
