International Accounting Manager – Private Equity – Boston – Hybrid
A leading global private equity firm is seeking an International Accounting Manager in their Boston office to support global financial operations across international entities.
This is a highly visible role focused on international accounting, consolidations, statutory reporting, month-end close, audit support, and financial analysis within a fast-paced global environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and multi-entity financial reporting
- Review international statutory financials and ensure local GAAP/IFRS compliance
- Manage relationships with global accounting providers, auditors, and tax advisors
- Support forecasting, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting
- Oversee multi-currency consolidations, intercompany activity, and cash management
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting efficiencies
- Partner cross-functionally on entity formations, restructurings, and strategic projects
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a multinational environment
- CPA and public accounting background preferred
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Exposure to Power BI or Tableau preferred
