International Accounting Manager
Our client, a leading global private equity firm, is seeking an International Accounting Manager in their Boston office to support global financial operations across international entities.
This is a high-visibility role focused on international accounting, consolidations, statutory reporting, month-end close, audit support, and financial analysis within a fast-paced global environment.
This position will pay between 130-150K on a base salary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead international accounting and reporting activities
- Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and consolidations
- Partner with Tax, Legal, FP&A, and external auditors
- Support statutory reporting, audits, and board-level reporting
- Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements
- Coordinate with global service providers and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Required; CPA a plus
- 6+ years of accounting experience
- Big 4 or large public accounting experience required
- Strong US GAAP/IFRS knowledge
- Experience with multinational entities and foreign currency reporting
- Advanced Excel skills; Workday experience preferred
