Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required, preferably in an HR related discipline, SHRM Certification or PHR Certification a plus
- Proven Track Record of Success as an HR Leader
- 10+ years of experience in smaller (30-300 employees), people focused, high growth, fast paced environments
- Strong Technical Skills – Workday experience or a similar system, talent management software, as well as other HR Software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong business acumen
- An ability to coach, mentor, and empower employees and foster a positive work culture
