HRIS Manager
Daley And Associates is currently conducting a search for an HRIS Manager that will play a pivotal role in optimizing our HR technology landscape, ensuring seamless integration, functionality, and reporting across platforms. This person collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into technical requirements, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a deep understanding of HR systems, particularly Workday and ADP, along with a knack for problem-solving and a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration efforts between our primary HR systems, particularly Workday and ADP, ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization.
- Spearhead configuration, testing, and deployment of new business processes within Workday and ADP, leveraging your expertise to optimize system functionality.
- Collaborate with payroll to administer and maintain ADP Workforce Now and ADP Workforce Manager, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline existing technology processes, reduce manual tasks, and maximize system capabilities to drive operational efficiency.
- Program manage semi-annual release updates and weekly enhancements, working closely with internal and external partners to ensure seamless implementation.
- Define procedures for HR processes involving systems, such as benefits, compensation, performance management, and onboarding, in collaboration with HR and other stakeholders.
- Work with IT to integrate HR systems with other business systems, fostering cross-functional collaboration and data consistency.
- Act as a global thought partner to maintain data integrity, develop auditing processes, and provide training and support to HR teams and organizational leaders.
- Ensure HRIS system compliance with federal and state regulations, data security standards, and privacy requirements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in HR systems, leveraging your knowledge to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 6+ years of technical experience implementing and supporting HR technology solutions, with a focus on Workday and ADP.
- Deep understanding of the Workday platform, including system design, complex configurations, dashboard development, business processes, and security.
- Experience implementing Workday Recruiter and managing inter-system data transfers and integrations.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required, with Oracle experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical and functional information to diverse audiences.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.
