HR Coordinator – Medical Device – Beverly, MA
We are currently seeking candidates for an HR Coordinator position located in Beverly, MA. The position is with an industry leading medical device company. The HR Coordinator will specialize in employee onboarding and play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless transition for new hires into the organization. Attention to detail, proactive communication, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.
This is a 6+ month contract position with that will pay $30-$40/hr (depending on experience) within a 40 hour work week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive daily pre-hire reports and update appropriate trackers with new information with extreme accuracy.
- Create usernames within IT guidelines and facilitate IT equipment ticket requests.
- Generate IT credentials request reports twice weekly to ensure timely provisioning of access.
- Partner with the recruiting team to confirm new hires have cleared due diligence activities by the determined date.
- Collaborate with the training and events team to ensure upcoming commercial new hires are enrolled in commercial training programs.
- Act as a liaison between new hires and various departments (IT, Training, Payroll, HR) to address any post-orientation queries or concerns.
- Notify key onboarding teams (IT, Events, HR, Training) of any changes in new hire status or start dates.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3+ years of HR experience, preferably with a focus on employee onboarding
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using HRIS and other relevant software for tracking and managing employee data.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in data management and reporting.
