Healthcare Office Coordinator
We are currently seeking candidates for a Healthcare Office Coordinator in Lynn, MA, 01901. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of healthcare office services experience.
This is a temporary role with an opportunity to become permanent.
Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $22.00 per hour (based on relevant work experience) within 40 hours per week.
Hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday through Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily activities and functions of the Integrated SBHC including all Behavioral Health and Medical tasks.
- Organize and maintain record keeping systems.
- Maintain and organize all files.
- Schedule appointments.
- Coordinate client visits.
- Monitor and facilitate patient flow, to assure efficiency for patients and providers.
- Provide administrative support to management team.
- Billing, accounts receivable and bookkeeping.
- Maintain company files and database.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of healthcare office services experience.
- Fluent in Spanish REQUIRED.
- Familiarly with medical records and medical terminology.
- Proficient with MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires frequent multitasking.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing .
- Outgoing personality, strong work ethic, and reliable.
