Global Marketing & Communications Associate – Boston, MA (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates for a Global Marketing & Communications Associate opportunity at a highly successful life sciences organization located in Boston, MA. The Global Marketing & Communications Associate will play a key role in developing, implementing, and executing marketing communication strategies aligned to business goals and initiatives across multiple channels and campaign mediums. The ideal candidate will have 4-6+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing and communications, including strong experience driving global campaigns and branding.

This is a 6+ month contract position paying between $40-$48/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work model (onsite 3 days/week and remote 2 days/week).

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of fundamental brand messaging across global collateral and content.
  • Assist in project management efforts focused on the creation and execution of effective marketing materials for digital and print usage, including managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications are in alignment with brand standards and corporate guidelines across all facets of branding, global marketing communications, industry compliance, and trademarking.
  • Partner with business leaders and global teams to develop, enhance, and execute marketing and communication strategies, initiatives, and campaigns to drive brand awareness, positioning, and engagement
  • Collaborates closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of sales meetings, tradeshows, and events.
  • Prepare detailed communications for stakeholders to ensure optimal engagement and alignment on project progress and deliverables.
  • Oversee relationships with vendors and internal teams to promote alignment with communication plans and project goals.
  • Assist in evaluating and optimizing digital assets, websites, and digital tools. 
  • Track, report, and evaluate KPIs for marketing communication programs. 
  • Perform continuous process improvement related to the organization’s marketing and communication efforts, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide additional support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field (required).
  • 4-6+ years of relevant global marketing communications experience in life sciences, healthcare, medical device, biotech, or related industry.
  • Experience managing all facets of agency relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience leveraging Smartsheet (required).
  • Previous experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tool.
  • Experience using Brandfolder, Print on Demand, Showpad, or related systems.
  • Strong experience managing project timelines, copy review, stakeholder engagement, and global delivery.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of success managing multiple timelines, working collaboratively with global teams, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
