Fixed Income Reporting Analyst
We are currently seeking candidates for a Fixed Income Reporting Analyst role with a premier investment management firm based in Boston, MA. The Fixed Income Reporting Analyst will be responsible for producing and maintaining a broad range of standard and customized client and marketing materials across an assigned suite of fixed income products. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5+ years of experience in investment management or marketing communications, along with a strong understanding of portfolio strategy and market dynamics.

This is a 6–12-month contract position paying between $30-$40/hour (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work model, consisting of 4 days on-site and 1 day remote/week.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce recurring client and marketing materials including institutional fact sheets, investment profiles, product summaries, client letters, and generic marketing presentations.
  • Take full ownership of all standard materials across an assigned product suite, with a willingness to provide additional support during high-volume periods.
  • Lead the development and delivery of customized product presentations tailored to specific client needs.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of assigned investment approaches, including portfolio positioning, strategy, outlook, and the broader market environment.
  • Act as an internal subject matter expert to colleagues across the Client Reporting Services team.
  • Collaborate closely with Investment Products & Strategies and the Client Group to align on approach fundamentals, client reporting needs, and applicable marketing and reporting guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Strong academic background with 3-5+ years of professional experience in investment management or marketing communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong quantitative aptitude, and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments and consistently deliver high-quality work under strict, competing deadlines driven by clients, prospects, and consultants.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with comfort navigating a variety of internal and external systems and databases.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently while also contributing as a collaborative team member.
  • Professional, positive, and collegial approach to working with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • MBA or CFA designation, or active progress toward either, is a plus.
