Fixed Income Reporting Analyst
We are currently seeking candidates for a Fixed Income Reporting Analyst at a global asset management company based in Downtown Boston, MA, 02110. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in mutual fund accounting and/or reporting experience (Fixed Income highly preferred) in the financial services/asset management industry(s).
This is a temporary role (est. 6 months, with the possibility of conversion) and will pay between $37.00–$42.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour workweek.
The position produces high-quality, accurate, and timely reporting to senior team members and managers.
Starts April 13th, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Collect data and analyze investment performance
- Audit investment portfolios – Calculate fund level and security level performance
- Verify data (return %, etc.)
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly audit/report package
- Compare to benchmark and analyze by industry
- Audit and reconcile holdings
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in mutual fund accounting and/or reporting experience in the financial services/asset management industry(s)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics)
- Strong Excel (VLOOKUP & pivot tables) skills
- Team player with a strong focus on getting the job done within established strict timeframes
