Financial Reporting, Senior Associate
A leading global investment firm is looking to add a Senior Associate to its Financial Reporting team. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership, offering strong experience in SEC reporting, global financials, and corporate accounting within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $100,000-115,000
Location: North of Boston
On-site Schedule: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and support SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
- Manage statutory and regulatory reporting for international subsidiaries
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, auditors, and global teams
- Maintain financial reporting records for the holding company and subsidiaries
- Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior management
- Help improve reporting processes and leverage tools/technology (e.g., Workiva)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
- 2–4 years of experience, including public accounting (audit/assurance required)
- Big Four experience strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools/ERP systems
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills and professional presence
