Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $125,000–$145,000 Base + 20% Bonus

A leading global investment organization is seeking a Finance Manager. This role offers broad exposure across investment teams and operational functions within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities

Oversee and review annual tax books for investment partnerships, coordinating with internal and external tax advisors.

Manage operational and administrative processes, including cash management, capital calls, distributions (cash & stock), reconciliations, valuations, compliance reporting, and tax withholding analysis.

Perform or review analyses and documentation related to partnership and portfolio activity (sales, new investments, allocations, deal structures).

Support investor interactions, including onboarding, policy matters, reporting, and ad-hoc inquiries.

Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers on projects, process enhancements, and strategic initiatives.

Partner with peer managers to improve efficiencies and mentor junior team members.

Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting and operational activities.

Support additional finance responsibilities and project work as assigned.
Key Qualifications

6–8+ years of accounting experience within the financial services industry, with strong investment accounting and partnership experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and/or Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience managing direct reports and mentoring junior team members.

Advanced Excel and MS Office skills, with strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
