Job Title: FP&A Manager
Location: Boston, MA
Compensation: $110,000 – $115,000 Base + Bonus
About the Role

Join a well-established, Boston-based organization within its Finance team

Serve as a key finance partner supporting multiple business units
-
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives
-
Work closely with senior leaders to support data-driven decision-making
Responsibilities

Lead the annual budget process in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
-
Manage monthly, quarterly, and multi-year forecasting, including scenario analysis
-
Prepare and evolve financial models, templates, and management presentations
-
Analyze trends and investigate variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts
-
Partner with accounting to ensure accurate revenue and expense recognition

Collaborate with business, finance, and IT teams to improve reporting automation and processes
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
-
Minimum of 5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
-
Prior people management experience or strong interest in mentoring and development

Experience with Adaptive Insights and NetSuite is a plus
