Finance Manager
Our client is a Boston-based world-leading private investment firm. They are looking to hire a Finance Manager (“FM”) for an internal finance team consisting of 24 professionals responsible for the operational, accounting, tax, and reporting for a specific group of portfolio partnerships.
The Finance Manager will have direct responsibility for the partnership’s tax books, including consultation with internal and external advisors. The FM will oversee cash management, capital calls, stock distributions, and cash reconciliations. This is a hands-on role. The FM must be comfortable interacting with and reporting to all stakeholders, including internal and external investors and departments.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
- CPA – Big 4 preferred
- 6-8 years in the financial services industry with a solid understanding of partnerships
- Tax knowledge
- Self-starter
- Team oriented
- Exceptional communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Base Salary $130.0K-$140.0K plus bonuses.
