Finance Manager
Our client is a mini-conglomerate acquiring specialized companies that focus on niche services to a wide range of industries. Industries their portfolio companies service include but are not limited to Aerospace, Military & Defense, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Semiconductor, Data Centers, Water Treatment and, Other highly regulated markets. Our client is looking to hire a finance manager for one of their high-growth portfolio companies. The portfolio company provides services to their customers that ensures purity and reliability of those customers end products. The portfolio company supports customers in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and highly specialized industrial industries. This is a high growth opportunity with an incredible parent company that has a unique buy and build corporate growth strategy.
The Finance Manager (“FM”) is a hands-on position. The FM will take ownership of project and job cost accounting, including WIP schedules, and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition. The FM will partner closely with operations and project management teams to track costs, manage change orders, and analyze contract margins. The FM will develop job-level financial reporting to drive project profitability and support decision-making. Own monthly close, P&L management, and variance analysis at the business unit level and help implement financial controls and improve ERP (NetSuite) reporting and data integrity.
The FM will work at the center of some of the fastest-growing capital
investment categories in the U.S.: pharmaceutical, life sciences, and data center buildout. The FM will have direct visibility and partnerships with business unit leadership and the holding company’s corporate controller in addition to meaningful exposure to the private equity sponsor. The FM will lead the effort to build the financial infrastructure and the discipline that enables a high-

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- CPA or CMA a plus
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Project based or construction financial management.
- Knowledge of WIP, job costing, and contract revenue recognition.
- Proficiency with ERPs – NetSuite
- Salary $120.0K to $125.0K plus bonus and benefits
