Finance Manager: Management Company Side (Hybrid, 3-4 days in office)
A leading alternative investment management firm, specializing in credit, is actively seeking a Finance/Accounting Manager to join their team on the Management Company side of the business. Responsibilities:

Manage the company’s day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and general ledger.

Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the company’s accounting system.

Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

Adhere to accounting policies and procedures to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Manage and supervise a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required

5-7+ years of experience

Public accounting background or experience working in the financial services industry focusing on corporate accounting

CPA preferred
-
Experience with or working knowledge of accounting systems
