Family Law Paralegal
We are currently seeking candidates for a Family Law Paralegal opportunity with a well-established multi-service law firm located in Bedford, MA. The Family Law Paralegal will support attorneys through all phases of family law matters, including case management, court filings, financial disclosures, and client communications. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of family law paralegal experience, including experience preparing Massachusetts financial disclosure forms.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity paying between $100,000-$115,000k (depending on experience). This role is fully on-site, consisting of 5 days per week in the Bedford office.
Responsibilities:

Support attorneys with all aspects of family law case management from inception through resolution.

Prepare, review, and electronically file pleadings, motions, and other court documents.

Prepare and manage Massachusetts Financial Statements (401 and 410 forms).

Assist with drafting legal documents, including trusts, wills, and estate planning documents as needed.

Coordinate client meetings and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the legal process.

Manage attorney calendars, court dates, and case deadlines.

Maintain accurate and organized case files while ensuring deadlines and client requests are handled promptly.

Provide general administrative and legal support to attorneys as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Paralegal certificate required.

5+ years of family law paralegal experience required.

Experience preparing Massachusetts 401 and 410 financial disclosure forms is required.

Experience with MyCase is strongly preferred.

Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
