Director of Human Resources/Talent Management
A leading global investment firm is seeking a Director of Human Resources to support a growing team. This role partners closely with senior HR leadership and business leaders to drive recruiting, talent development, performance management, and culture in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Compensation: $175,000-190,000 + bonus and excellent benefits!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for junior to mid-level investment and portfolio roles, including campus and programmatic hiring
- Serve as a high-touch partner to candidates, interview teams, and search firms
- Oversee onboarding and new-hire integration
- Manage performance review and compensation cycles in partnership with senior leadership
- Design and deliver training, development, and people programs
- Lead Analyst and Associate programs, including long-term talent planning
- Support employee engagement, culture initiatives, and team events
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, and/or talent management; professional services experience required
- Strong strategic and operational mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Data-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday experience a plus
