Digital Marketing Manager – South Florida
A growing data insights and research organization is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid media and digital acquisition efforts. This role owns the strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on paid search, paid social, SEO research, and conversion optimization to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels
- Own audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and creative testing
- Manage SEM programs including keyword research, ad copy optimization, and retargeting
- Conduct SEO and competitive research using SEMrush
- Partner with internal teams to optimize landing pages, funnels, and conversion rates
- Track performance in GA4 and dashboards; deliver actionable insights and reporting
- Collaborate closely with Sales to align campaigns with lead quality and pipeline goals
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, SEMrush, and conversion tracking
- Experience optimizing landing pages and marketing funnels
- B2B, SaaS, data, research, or professional services marketing experience
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager, retargeting, and attribution tools (GTM, Looker Studio)
- CRM and marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Salesforce)
