Digital Marketing Manager (Hybrid, West Palm Beach, Florida)
Our client is a successful technology and media company located in West Palm Beach, Florida, and they are seeking a 3+ year digital marketing professional to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels
- Own targeting strategy, budget allocation, bid management, and creative testing to improve CTR, CVR, CPL, CAC, and lead quality
- Build and manage search, display, and retargeting campaigns; conduct keyword research, ad copy optimization, and Quality Score improvement
- Use SEMrush for keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO opportunity identification; support SEO-informed content and landing page strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize landing pages, funnels, and conversion rates through A/B testing and UX improvements
- Track and report performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and related tools; ensure accurate attribution via Google Tag Manager and CRM integration
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, content, and design teams to align campaigns with pipeline, lead quality, and growth objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital, performance, or demand generation marketing
- Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing campaign performance directed at consumers
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, SEMrush, GA4, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience developing and optimizing marketing funnels and landing pages
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing data/analytics, SaaS, or consulting solutions
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and retargeting strategies
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and attribution modeling
- Strong copywriting, messaging, and experimentation skills
