Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Real Estate Investment Firm– Fort Worth, TX
We are currently seeking candidates for a CTO position located in Fort Worth, TX 76006. The opportunity is with a very successful Real Estate Investment Firm. The CTO will report to the firm’s CEO. All candidates considered must have strong technical and operational knowledge of O365, networking, and security camera systems.
This is a full-time permanent position that will pay up to $250K base salary plus a bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-level management for all IT employees, vendors, and contractors.
- Align capabilities with strategic priorities and business goals.
- Provide technical and strategic leadership to support the various security technologies and solutions. (Firewalls, network architecture, DLP, EDR, etc.).
- Oversee identity and access management policies and review, revise, and update the policies as necessary.
- Utilize your expertise in mortgage securities and fixed-income to enhance and optimize existing systems.
- Translate incident investigations to the identification of risks and actionable plans to protect the business.
Qualifications:
- 10 or more years of experience or demonstrable experience leading technology in support of private equity, venture capital, commercial real estate, or similar background.
- Strong technical and leadership experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Security Systems, and Cybersecurity.
- Background in planning, designing, developing, and managing IT/Cloud systems.
- Post-graduate degree (MS, MBA, Ph.D.) highly preferred
