Now Hiring: Controller | $5B+ Global Endowment | NYC (Hybrid)
We are currently partnering with a highly respected global endowment managing over $5 billion in assets on behalf of a world-renowned research institution.
This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on Controller to join a small, collaborative team overseeing a sophisticated, multi-entity investment structure with a global span.

• Direct involvement in accounting and financial reporting for a large, complex endowment portfolio
• High visibility across investment, operations, audit, and governance functions
• Primary liaison for audit and tax matters
• Exposure to alternative investments and global asset allocation strategies
• Opportunity to influence process improvements and strengthen internal controls
• Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office in NYC)
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting for the Trust
• Overseeing third-party fund administrators and reviewing financial statements
• Coordinating annual audit and tax processes
• Supporting Audit Committee and governance activities
• Identifying financial reporting risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Maintaining policies, procedures, and vendor relationships
Ideal background:
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge
• CPA strongly preferred
• Experience with investment funds, endowments, foundations, or alternative assets is a plus
• High attention to detail with a hands-on, team-oriented mindset
