Construction Controller – Boston
A Boston-based commercial construction firm is seeking a Construction Controller to support a high-growth market generating $400M-$600M in annual revenue.
This is a highly visible leadership role overseeing month-end close, financial reporting, forecasting, internal controls, and project financial operations for a large regional business unit. The position will manage a team of 4-6 accounting professionals and partner closely with operational leadership across the business.
Compensation: $175K-$200K base + bonus
On-site schedule: 4-5 days on-site

- 8-10+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Construction industry experience required
- Open to public accounting candidates with strong construction clients
- Strong technical accounting and leadership background
- Experience overseeing month-end close, forecasting, and project financials
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, blue-collar, team-oriented culture
