Client Service Representative – Investment Management
We are seeking candidates for a Client Service Representative position with a highly successful investment management firm located in Boston, MA. This Client Service Representative will support existing and prospective clients by responding to inbound inquiries and delivering high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of customer service experience preferably within a professional services environment.
This is a 3-6 month contract-to-hire position that will pay $20-21/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour workweek. This position is required to be onsite 5 days per week in their Boston office.
Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound phone calls from current and prospective clients regarding products and account information.

Process a range of routine and complex financial and non-financial transactions in accordance with departmental procedures and service standards.

Resolve basic account inquiries and issues; escalate more complex matters to the appropriate teams for further research and resolution.

Communicate with shareholders, participants, broker/dealers, and other parties via phone, fax, and email to verify information, clarify requests, and provide required documentation.

Accurately document client interactions and maintain proper call records.

Collaborate with internal service center teams to resolve issues and answer client questions.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.

1 year of prior customer service experience preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
